So I used their online tech support thing and pointed them to where I have the pictures online and the online guy told me he couldn't tell me one way or the other and the RMA dept. But he didn't give me anything beyond that in terms of how to get that done. So I'm going to return the card to the retailer based on the previous exhange where they told me "this isn't a sandisk serial number" like they did with you and just buy Lexar or whatever cards from now on.
The genuine SanDisk products seem nice, but the fake stuff is out of hand and I'm getting sick of SanDisk making me jump through hoops to finally confirm. Someone who feels my pain. After this, I'm done with Sandisk. I'll continue to use the CF cards I have, but that's it for me. Well, it's a good thing that the original seller after all this time still agreed to refund my money for the bad card.
